Mary weaves her extensive knowledge of anatomy and alignment into every class to ensure you have your best practice. Her philosophy is simple–free her students from their stressful lives by clearing out their limitations and teach them how to unlock their sacred practice. She does this by limiting her class size to ensure each practice is safe and tailored to each student’s level. Her students leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and FIT!
