“I have always loved yoga and being in movement. Yoga frees us from the rut of our daily problems. It returns us to the right perspective. It places us in our heart center and allows the love that is innate and natural to move freely. Yoga is a very disciplined way to strengthen and develop comfort in the body.” — Mary Hart.
Mary created the Iron Crow Power Yoga Workout, which is available for purchase, out of her interest in melding breath and movement with a sacred energy-shifting process. She has taught hundreds of classes and each time she marvels in the practice’s ability to help her students access their energy and enthusiasm. Her adjustments help you to go deeper into a pose while her humor and spiritual guidance make each class both rigorous and fun. Click here for more information.
“Mary pushes me to go a little further each time we meet and because of that I am in the best physical shape of my life!”
